We received a wonderful Friends 4 Ever Bracelet kit 

from the kind folks at Growing Tree Toys to review. 

The kids were really excited when got this one. 

Because everyone could have one and make one for

a special friend of theirs. The Friends 4 Ever Bkit   

contains: 

• 22 Colors of Floss
• 2 Friendship Wheels
• 2 Best Friend Band Looms
• Beads
• Beading Needle
• Easy Instructions 

With this kit you can create 22 bracelets with
decorative beads. Somehow the kids lost the
easy instructions and we were still able to
watch the video instructions on alextoys.com
It's created for kids ages 8 years old and up.

I have to admit that I was really nervous 

when we opened up the kit. Because it 

looks really difficult to do. So I let my 

daughters ages 16 and 13 figure it out. 

My 5 yr. old daughter somehow lost the

beading needle while the two older ones

were figuring things out and now we're

forgoing the beads for now. Overall, the 

kids really like this kit and enjoy creating

beautiful friendship bracelets for their

friends and family. The girls love that
it comes ready to go anywhere with a
portable case (that's really cute) and a
handle.

Computer Issues

So the last few weeks I've been having issues 

with the computer at mom and dad's home. 

Since my move to Salt Lake I've had to just 

work with mom and dad's comp since I left   

mine back in Portland. That one will only stay

on for five minutes then it will shut down on 

it's own and then you'd have to wait until it's 

ready to turn back on again, which is hours 

later. uggh..so that's the reason for the sporatic

posts on here. Sorry about that..

That will no longer be an issue since my little 

sister let me have a buddy pass to fly to pdx &

pick up my computer there.  I left on Sunday 

morning at 10 am to connect in Long Beach, 

then I was told there that I would have to wait

for the next flight going out to Portland, OR. 

at 7:05 pm. It was horrible..but what can you  

do? So I waited and started reading up on Grey

Pine, which is one of my book review and give

away coming up soon. So stay tuned for that 

one! 

So it's now Tuesday and I'm heading back home

to the kids with the computer in tow..Mel misses

them too. I'm leaving on the 3 pm flight and will

get in at 10pm in Salt Lake tonight. Yes, connecting

again through Long Beach..good thing I got a book

to read there. So I'll keep in touch
