Monday on here because of family matters.
So here's what we got going this week, we're
trying out two recipes from bettycrocker.com
Monday
Breakfast: Banana Oatmeal/fruity yogurt
Lunch: Chicken & Wheat Sandwiches/
baby carrots
Dinner: Salsa Chicken & Rice Casserole
Tuesday
Breakfast: Plain yogurt/fresh fruit
Lunch: Chicken Pitas & Lays Baked
Chips
Dinner: Turkey Meatball Subs
Wednesday
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Pancakes/fresh peaches
organic maple syrup
Lunch: Turkey Sandwiches/wheat bread
baby carrots
Dinner: Dining Out
Thursdsay
Breakfast: Lemon/Blueberry Muffins/fresh peaches
Lunch: Ham grilled cheese sandwiches/fresh veggies
Dinner: Chicken & Dumplings (family fave)
Friday
Breakfast: Cereal of choice/ soy milk
Lunch: Yogurt/fresh fruit & muffin
Dinner: Three Cheese Sausage Lasagna
